Specific Interests
Broadly, my research focuses on contamination of soil by rooftop runoff. I am interested in assessing the levels of pesticides and PAHs in soil around downspouts in various parts of Oklahoma. Using zucchini and earthworms as models, I am also investigating the potential for bioaccumulation of these compounds from collected soil samples.
