Specific Interests

My research interests are in limnology and biology education.  For my thesis I am looking at nutrient cycling and internal loads in reservoirs for use in TMDL development.  I also TA for Introductory Biology (Biol 1114) and look at formative assessment and its effectiveness in the laboratory setting.
