Specific Interests
My current research involves both field and laboratory investigations of the ecological processes that determine parasite community structure, host-parasite interactions, constraints on transmission of parasites, and how each of these factors influence the evolution of parasite life histories. My research uses a multi-disciplinary approach that draws on the fields of parasitology, immunology, histology, pathology, epidemiology, ecology, and evolution.
