Specific Interests
Broadly, I am interested in cetacean biology. My research focuses on cetacean communication. Specifically, I am using hybrid cetaceans to study the effects of genes and the environment on vocal production learning. My other interests include cetacean behavior, population ecology, distribution, abundance, and conservation.
