Niblack Scholar Talks about the Importance of Research

 

 

Jacey Brooks, an undergraduate student in the Department of Integrative Biology, received a Niblack Research Scholar award to investigate the effects of zebra mussles on zooplankton communities in freshwater lakes and wetlands. Her findings will be used to help estimate the impact of zebra mussels on freshwater systems throughout Oklahoma. Hear more about Jacey's experience and the importance of research here.
