Specific Interests
I am interested in understanding the nutritional biochemistry of pollen taken up by native and domesticated bees in introduced canola/wheat fields compared to the native flora. I want to determine how the nutrients of pollen is used and whether some pollen types are used faster than others, based on their nutritive value.
