Specific Interests
Broadly my interests focus on pollinators, specifically bees. My current research focuses on how anthropogenic habitat fragmentation plays a role in pollinator movement in roadside habitats. I am planning on utilizing bumblebees in roadside habitats to better understand their overall movement in these understudied areas, and the role floral abundance has on mortality rate. My other interests include entomology, urban habitat fragmentation, and species conservation.
